Position Title: Quality & Internal Compliance Assistant
Department: Compliance Assistant
Reporting to: National Quality Risk Internal Compliance Manager
Location: Mississauga
Position Summary
Knowledge (or experiences) in imports and advance commercial information. Ability to write, understand standard operating procedures.
Qualifications / Requirements

• Taking lead in ACI and eManifest implementation including problem resolving and organizing trainings for internal/ external stakeholders.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be detail oriented and well organized.
• Assist and support activities related to in Quality Management System including drafting procedures.
• Conduct internal audit for Quality Management System.
• Assist and support activities related to KWE Canada internal compliance matters.
• Consent to a background check (if required) including; identify cross check, name based Canadian Record Check, and Employment verification.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Formal Academic Training in international business or transportation or related field of study from two-year College or technical school; and/or 5 years related experience and/or training.
• Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
