Position Title:Logistics Coordinator

Position Summary
The successful candidate has excellent people skills and a strong customer service focus. You are self-motivated, able to work under pressure and with little direct supervision.

Responsibilities include
• Dispatch logistic shipments throughout Canada and U.S.
• Preparation of delivery instructions and monitor shipment until delivered
• Billing verification
• Updating knowledge pertaining to regulatory changes
• Customer account management on-site at our customer.
• Prepare and maintain various files and reports

Qualifications
• Bilingualism is an asset but not necessary.
• Strong knowledge of carriers and rates both LTL and FTL
• Must have Link Logistics program knowledge
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong Canadian and US geographic knowledge
• General knowledge of freight forwarding industry
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
