Customer Service Coordinator – Vancouver

Reporting to: Terminal Manager
Location: Vancouver
Position Summary
The Customer Service Coordinator will provide excellence in customer service and will be a first place of contact for client inquiries, concerns and complaints. He/she acts as a liaison between staff members and outside customers.

Qualifications / Requirements
• Assist departments in the preparation of delivery instructions, monitor/trace International shipments as required
• Data entry/POD retrieval and other administration duties as required
• Prepare and maintain customer quotes, tariffs and various files and reports
• Strong work ethic, ability to work extra/odd hours
• Maintain accurate customer information/system updates
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Post secondary studies in Logistics and/or 3+ years’ experience in Transportation/International Trade industry or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly motivated with the ability to work in a team environment
• Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
