CN – Labour Negotiations – Agreement Reached

CN Rail Issues Update:

CN has reached a tentative collective agreement with the Teamsters Rail Conference (TCRC-CTY), the union representing CN’s conductors in Canada. This will ensure continued service to our valued customers.

Details of the labour contract are being withheld pending ratification by the union’s membership.

Please consider this current Labour Update as a withdrawal of our earlier Force Majeure notice, effective immediately.
